Submission Instructions for Art Exhibits
Please submit your proposal to art@procams2006.org, making sure to address each of the specific items listed below in the proposal. If you need to submit supplemental material (CDROM, DVD, etc.) please send email to art@procams2006.org for instructions. Deadlines are detailed on the Art & Demos Submissions page. See also the call for participation.
- 1. Summary
- - 100 word or less abstract.
- - The inclusion of digital pictures, sketches or movies are encouraged.

- 2. Attendee Experience
- - Describe what a show attendee will experience.
- - Estimate how much time an attendee might spend at the exhibit. Ê

- 3. Time Commitment and Support Needs
- - Each exhibitor must commit to be available most of Sunday, June 18th. Please include a statement that you will support the setup (Sunday morning), exhibit (Sunday afternoon) and tear down (Sunday evening).
- - Indicate the need for volunteers to assist in setup, operation or teardown of demo. Ê

- 4. Space Needs
- - Detail space requirements (provide a diagram with measurements for space your project will occupy including overhead space)
- - Include a list of equipment and power requirements (120VAC, 60Hz only)
- - Identify any special mounting requirements (especially overhead).

- 5. Internet Connectivity
- - Indicate need for wired or wireless internet access. Ê

- 6. Setup
- - Estimate time required to unpack and make demo operational.
- - Identify any special assistance anticipated.
- - Estimate number of cartons, size and weight.
The exhibitor is responsible for all expenses related to transit and insurance, however exhibitors will be able to apply for limited grants to help defray related expenses. Awards will be based on needs and available funds.
